Tis most certainly the season of reviewing and ranking, but whilst most film sites have their focus firmly on the feature length film, that cheerleader of its little brother Short of the Week has (with the help of El Vez, the other writers and myself) gathered together a premiere list of the Top 10 Short Films of 2009.
