Reminiscent of Max Hattler’s 2007 piece Drift, Manfred Borsch’s limbic – created for the Institute for Music and Media, Dusseldorf – is a Visual Music clip which reflects the emotional processing of music in the limbic system and the resulting reactions of the body (the so-called “chills”).

About the Author / MarBelle
MarBelle has a strange compulsion to watch as many films as he can get his hands on and find jobs that give him a legitimate excuse to drill filmmakers about their work. Directors Notes is the multi-decade incarnation of this disorder and remains so much cheaper than film school.
