Banda (who joined us last year with poetic rumination on love and lyrics, Ghosts), Spirit celebrates the power of the human spirit across generations. Anchored by a poem delivered by a narrator questioning the nature of their own existence, this meditative film follows a community of nuns and monks preparing for a major ceremony.
