A much lighter affair than his exploration of familial memories in Bezalel Academy grad short Close the Shutters, Director Ynon Lan brings colourful New York summer vibes to his stylised rotoscoped music video for The Academics‘ Hit Radio Tune. About the video Ynon tells us:
“I used bold colors, basic geometric shapes, the artist’s performance and some NYC shots to visualize the lyrics. I also used personal videos taken by the artist of his close friends and family in order to make it a more personal and unique piece.”
