The great thing about being involved in the media industry is you get to meet and know lots of different people from all over the world and as we know in this industry “it’s not what you know, it’s who you know” (I always thought this was BS if I’m honest!). Anyway, one person I’ve meet throughout my experiences just informed me about the fourth British Shorts Film Festival in Berlin (14.-17. January 2011) and I always like to support a good film festival (which she assures me this is!).
Although the name might suggest it, films don’t have to be British, submission is free and guidelines and submission form can be downloaded from www.britishshorts.de and www.lichtspielklub.de.
