Victor Solomon is a director in the rare and enviable position of being able to initiate his own projects through self-funding. He joins us this week to discuss his latest work Anthropology, a collection of five short films based on stories from the Dan Rhodes’ book of the same name.

MarBelle has a strange compulsion to watch as many films as he can get his hands on and find jobs that give him a legitimate excuse to drill filmmakers about their work. Directors Notes is the multi-decade incarnation of this disorder and remains so much cheaper than film school.
