Kurtis Hough’s work has always contained strong elements of nature. Whether it’s his paintings and photography, his nature documentary re-edit Storm or live action experimental work such as Shadows Grow Long. Even his fully 3D experimental piece Stumble Then Rise on Some Awkward Morning featured a spiral of descending flowers, so it’s no surprise to see Kurt deep in the woods for his new split screen film Bed of Moss.
While a mighty fine piece of work on it’s own, I’m pleased to say that Kurt is currently working on a companion video called Mossgrove which will combine with Bed of Moss to form a new 8 min short film.
Fantastic. Going to check out his Kickstarter page now.
