No it’s not the synopsis for Kick-Ass 2, but rather Michael Barnett’s feature documentary Superheroes which delves into the world of Real Life Superheros across North America. Michael joined us to discuss gaining access to this secretive and camera shy group in our final interview of this year’s London Film Festival.

A journey inside the world of real life caped crusaders. From all over America, these self-proclaimed crime fighters, don masks, homemade costumes and elaborate utility belts in an attempt to bring justice to evildoers everywhere.
Truth is just stranger than fiction in this situation.
