We hunted Amirpour down for an interview in which we discuss the making of Michael Jackson’s Thriller, the greatness of Ninja from Die Antwoord, and also manage to squeeze in some chat about her genre defying take on the vampire movie.
A Girl Walks Home Alone at Night (2014)
A love story between two tortured souls in the Iranian ghost town called BAD CITY… a place that reeks of death and loneliness, where a lonesome vampire is preying on the towns most depraved denizens.
It’s funny that it’s black & white because I genuinely don’t like black & white movies that much.
