Voiced by actor Emilia Fox, Trunk Director Rok Predin (last seen on DN here) brings the beautiful paintings by renowned botanical artist Marianne North to stunning life for International Woman’s Day. The second collaboration between Trunk and the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, Predin stepped into the Victoria explorer’s diverse worlds by digitally deconstructing/reconstructing the paintings, creating layers of individual cut out elements, as well as underpainting the missing areas in the manner of North’s personal style, using a mix of Photoshop, After Effects, Cinema 4D and Flash.
