In the midst of this period of isolation, uncertainty for the future and heightened emotions, a particular motif rears its ugly head, Loneliness. In normal times we endeavour to drive away this beast through work, hectic schedules, and direct contact with those closest to us. However, there are times where solitude is at the forefront of our existence. The shorts in this week’s WeAreDN // Lockdown collection provide a glimpse into how we find ways to cope and to exist with the loneliness in our lives.
